I have little experience with modelling and coding, so thats what I need help with, but I can be the trailer editor and creative director. Now obviously you wouldnt be able to straight up rip it from Gmod, you would need to change it up a bit, make the guns look different and rename them, new maps, different playermodels and maybe even a different backbone, like your on a holiday and there are murders about, and theres one undercover cop or something, changing it up but keeping the same concept, I think it would be very successful. All we would need is around 7-10 small maps, 5-10 different guns (Glock, H.U.G.E, Shotgun, Rifle, M16, UMP45, P228, Galil, and a Deagle), 1-5 playermodels, and a few interfaces for detective and traiter and you have your game, with the correct advertising I can guarantee it would sell well. I know its technologically possible, with huge games like GTA V, Just Cause 3 and Fallout 4, why cant we have a vanilla TTT game? Id easily pay £20-£30 for a whole TTT game, now im not saying it has to have custom items and a gazillion playermodels, or amazing graphics, in fact I feel like the poor graphics makes it more fun due to it feeling like an old game. Why hasnt there been a TTT type mode made for consoles? I mean, I know its possible, with 16 people a game thats 3 traitors and a detective and thats a good balance. Recently I have been having some issues with my computer and an idea sprung to mind. I (like many) very much enjoy playing the classic TTT game mode on the popular steam game Garry's Mod.
